With more than 25 years of experience in landscape architecture, product design, and business development, Geri Rademacher brings a unique blend of design expertise and entrepreneurial vision to Form & Fiber. Her career has spanned the full spectrum of the profession, from designing civic, commercial, and mixed-use projects to leading marketing and business development efforts for architecture, landscape architecture, and engineering firms across the country.

A graduate of Kansas State University with a Master’s in Landscape Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Natural Resources from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, Geri began her career specifying and detailing commercial-grade site furnishings for large-scale public and private developments. These early experiences inspired her to reimagine how outdoor products could better serve both designers and end users.

In 2008, Geri founded Form & Fiber out of her passion for creating exterior furnishings that merge functional performance with timeless design. Since launching the company’s first products in 2012, Form & Fiber has become a recognized name in the site furnishings industry, known for its modern design language, quality craftsmanship, and collaboration with design professionals nationwide. Under her leadership, the company continues to expand its product offerings and grow its presence both nationally and internationally.
